First player signs up for Yellows
Chris Wilder made hsi first signing for 2012/13 season as Wayne Brown, 35 put pen to paper in a 2 year deal with Oxford United.
This will be a player coaching position. Wayne told the Oxford Mail "I had an offer to go back and play in South Africa, which was also a part-coaching role.
But Chris helped me out last year, so I like to think I`m repaying him now.
"It`s worked out so I thought 'the guy`s been good to me and I can`t really let him down by walking away from it`."
The former England B keeper who completed 500 first team matches last season will assist Alan Hodgkinson (pictured) with coaching the younger keepers at the club.
