Oxford Striker on his way out?
Oxford chairman Kelvin Thomas confirmed over the weekend that Bristol Rovers have returned with a second offer for James Constable after an initial bid, believed to be in the region of £120,000, was rejected last Wednesday.
Kelvin stated the club would decide over in the next few days.
