Oxford Youth team progress in the FA Cup

United's under-18's made it through to the third round of the FA Youth Cup last night to the delight of U18's manager Chris Allen in front of 216 fans.

The result finished Oxford United 3 Plymouth Argyle 2.

United: Hill, Wright, Long, Niangasa, Lynn, O`Dowda, Ashby, Humphreys, Hughes, Udumaga, Roberts

Subs: Cavanagh, Woodley, Lathey, Martin, Lalor Dell

Goals from Jermaine Udumaga an Own goal and a finish by James Roberts were enough to see the youths progress to the 3rd round.

In cold foggy conditions the match proved good value for the Oxford supporters and to my surprise the travelling Plymouth supporters.

It proved an end to end match with either team in with a shout of winning. To my delight it was the yellows!
