Oxford United find themselves with Chris Wilder and Sean Rigg on short lists for npower League 2 manager and player awards for December.

With three straight wins Chris is nominated. The other two nominees are Gareth Ainsworth of Wycombe Wanderers and Gary Rowett of Burton Albion.

Winger Sean who has been in form throughout the month and finds himself up against Fleetwood Town goalkeeper Scott Davies and Rochdale striker Ashley Grimes

Both will know the outcomes on Friday when the reults will be announced on SKY Sports.

have to say, I thought that Chris Wilder had perhaps taken the club as far as he could a few months ago. thankfully it appears that I was totally wrong.
