Pitch Inspection for Rotherham match.

Pitch Inspection for Rotherham match.

Covers have been on the pitch since Tuesday at the Kassam Stadium. Groundstaff looked at the playing surface and it is soft underneath and playable at the current moment.

With snow currently falling this will add protection on top of the covers so we remain positive that the match stands a fair chance at this stage of going ahead.

Oxford Council have been working all week with gritters out on the roads ensuring the roads are safe.

With the above in mind the U's have confirmed that a pitch inspection will take place by 10:00hrs Saturday morning.

Can Pep's team make it 3 out of 3?

Scunthorpe are normally near the top of this division so it will be a toughie.
