Press release on managers position

Press release on managers position

Ian Lenagan the owner and chairman of Oxford United have called a press conference for 1115hrs this morning.

All associated with Oxford United have been wondering who will lead the club next season. Will it be Chris Wilder or will we see a new manager?

Although the aims for this season were to see the club promoted Oxford United have fallen short.

To be fair to the manager though we have seen the pitch deteriorate because of rugby being played which has had a massive influence on home advantage.

Also on top of that we have seen an unbelievable amount of players being injured. The Chairman backed the manager by allowing him to bring in loan players only to find them becoming injured.

Let`s hope for the best for Oxford United and get behind the team next season.
