Kennedys move to Oxford looks dead and buried

It's repoted the U's wanted further information about a hamstring injury.

The 23-year-old former Swindon defender suffered the injury last season and played just 23 times for the club his last being in February this year.

Oxford United have not commented and there no confirmation that the deal has stalled for medical reasons.

But we know that any player coming into Oxford will have to undergo extensive tests. Over the last couple of seasons Oxfords promotion push has been hit by most of the squad being in the treatment room.
