Danny Hylton signs for Oxford United

Gary Waddock has added a new face to the U's squad for this coming season by signing Danny Hylton who was released from his final year at Rotherham recently.

Danny arrives on a two year contract. The 25 year old striker was handed his first start in senior football in 2008 by then Aldershot manager Gary Waddock.

Throughout his career he has found the back of the net and is known for his pace.

The last time he played a full season in league 2 he scored 12 goals 12/13 and 16 11/12 goals for Aldershot. In June last year he signed a two year contract with then league 1 side Rotherham making just 2 appearances. However he was loaned out to Bury 9 app 2 gls and AFC Wimbledon 17 app 3 goals.
