Will (h) Oxford's new signing make the difference?

Will Hoskins, 28 5ft 10 a lively forward player who can play anywhere across the front line who has signed a 1 year deal with an option of a 2nd.

The Nottingham born striker started off at Rotherham making his debut at the age of 17. He scored 25 goals for the Millers which earned him a move to Premiership Watford and England caps at U18,19 & 20 level.

Still young in his first two seasons he was sent out on loan twice to Millwall & Nottingham Forest as well as playing for the Hornets. However 13 goals in 3 years and he was released.

League One Bristol Rovers snapped him up in 2010 which helped him rediscover his scoring touch 20 goals in the season. This earned him a move to Brighton in 2011. But injury meant he was restricted to just over a hand full of starts and a few more as sub returning just 2 goals. With a further 2 goals whilst on loan with Sheffield United.

However a knee ligaments injury kept him out of all of last season.

His record of scoring all through his career is nearly a goal every other match. So we wish him well with the yellows.
