Star Player

Michael Raynes had a solid game at the back getter the better of the Accrington attacks. Scored the last goal to earn the U's a replay.

Oxford wore black arm bands in respect of the death of former player Mitchell Cole. The Oxford fans in turn held a minutes round of applause chanting his name.

The injury luck appears to be raising its head again as two players had to leave the pitch on streachers JP Pittman and Andy Whing. Fingers crossed it will not be to bad for either player.

The U's dominated the game in spells and forced the better chances but were denied a win by the Accrington goalkeeper and man of the match.
