Star Player

Nicky Wroe pulled the strings in midfield and popped up with the winning goal.

A good Oxford following of over 1,800 fans watched a poor Wycombe team desperate for points try to play out a 0-0 draw.

To be fair they nearly accomplished it until the dying minutes. Oxford went to Wycombe short of numbers with Dave Kitson injured in training during the week to add to our long term injuries.

Even though the U''s were under strength they still remain unbeaten on their travels.

Wycombe however need to look at themselves as they are just 2 points off relegation and with new managers coming into other clubs at the bottom could find themselves in the wrong part of the table sooner rather than later.
